Dawna Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University (’91) with a major in Physiology, and her Juris Doctorate degree (’96) and Masters of Law degree in Taxation (’05) from Wayne State University. Ms. Wilson was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1996 and been an active member ever since.
For 21 years, Ms. Wilson has focused her attention on succession planning and post-death administration in an effort to help her clients minimize estate taxes and smooth the transition of family assets from one generation to the next. In addition, she assists her clients in a multitude of business transactions that naturally occur when addressing her clients planning needs. This includes entity formations, purchase and sale of businesses and assets, the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate and acting as an intermediary with the Internal Revenue Service on tax cases.
